As one of NZX’s largest property companies, it was really interesting to sit down with the company’s Chief Executive, Clive Mackenzie to talk about how they’ve built their portfolio over 30 years, what they look for when purchasing and developing commercial properties, and how the intend to grow with sustainability front of mind.
